I’ve been coming here for a while and have a monthly membership, but my experience today (July 11 around 5:30 PM) was very disappointing. The employee on duty—an older gentleman with gray hair in a ponytail wearing a gray shirt—was unnecessarily rude and immediately started yelling at me. I pointed out that I had a monthly pass, positioned my car as directed, and put it in neutral. Instead of calmly explaining what he wanted me to do differently, he raised his voice and scolded me for moving closer without telling him. After reading other reviews mentioning an agitated employee who works weekends, I’m pretty sure this was the same person. Customer service matters, especially when people are paying for a membership. A little patience and professionalism would go a long way. I hope management addresses this because it reflects poorly on an otherwise convenient service. Anyways, Im cancelling my membership today.

VACUUM does not work. Asked the person behind the counter for help, they basically said too bad. Real bummer as I only got the wash b/c they have vacuums too. Fool me once….

The guy who operates the car wash on weekends (always wearing LA Dodgers gear) is a real jerk and is reason enough to avoid this place. However, additionally, the car wash leaves the car very wet with spots all over once they dry. Vacuums outside barely work. The place is a dump overall. While prices are less than most other washes, you get what you pay for and it’s bad. Plus they recently raised prices. Overall, avoid.

This car wash literally just ripped my roof racks and wrapped themselves around my roof racks. My car got stuck, and the car behind me had to push me out taking part of the car wash with it even after I honked to try to notify the car wash attendant. I came and showed him what had happened and he just told me that I had to go somewhere else and I wasn’t allowed to be inside the car wash area I will be looking for the owners of this car wash to get them to find a way to remove the car wash from my roof racks as I cannot remove the car wash part!

This is a smaller express tunnel system serving Evanston and the south side of Wilmette. While sometimes busy, you won’t wait longer than 5 minutes. This carwash has great prices, the lowest wash being $3 and the highest being $10. Every time I’ve been here it has cleaned my car to perfection! Leaving it with a very shiny finish. You can’t find a top wash anywhere for $10 dollars these days. I was very impressed. Although, I must say the dryers aren’t that great and leave the car decently wet but overall a great spot. 8.5/10 recommend.
